Registration Information

We are excited to announce that Rippleffect is transitioning to a new, user-friendly enrollment platform - Amilia SmartRec! Our hope is that this change will improve the enrollment experience and help us better serve you! Please see the important information below, as this change does require a few action items on your part to get us started. 


IMPORTANT ACTION ITEMS

For New Families (those not enrolled in a 2024 Program, or who declined a space off the waitlist):

You can create a SmartRec account to be prepare for registration.  

Account Set-up: 

  • Sign-up to create an account here

  • Check your email for the verification code 

  • Successfully verify your account 

  • Search for the Rippleffect Store

For 2024 Program Alumni Families & Waitlisted Families who did not receive an enrollment offering:

A SmartRec account has already been created for you, but you must activate it. 

To Activate Your Account: 

  • Check your email for an account activation email. This email will be sent to the primary parent on your Campsite account.  

  • Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account

  • Update/change any information as needed 


WHAT TO EXPECT ON REGISTRATION DAY

WHY ARE WE EXCITED ABOUT AMILIA? 

  • Intuitive - we believe the SmartRec platform will create a more friendly and intuitive shopping experience for you! 

  • Our Rippleffect Store - our new SmartRec store features all of our program offerings for you to view and find more information about, regardless of the age of your child! 

  • Checkout Cart - When enrolling for a program, your space will be held in your checkout cart while you are filling out enrollment information or adding additional items to your cart, so there is no rush to complete registration information. 

  • Forms Auto-populate - Once you have answered enrollment questions for your child, this information will auto populate in future enrollment questions with the ability to edit if needed. 

  • Personalized Calendar - Your account will have a personalized calendar featuring your Rippleffect enrollment. You will also receive calendar invites upon enrollment to keep track of your schedule! 

  • Autopay - you will automatically be enrolled in autopay upon enrollment if you select to pay in installments, so you will not need to worry about missing payments. 

  • Waitlists - Placing your child on a waitlist does not require any form completion or payment information. You will receive an automated email as soon as a space becomes available for your child to enroll. 

  • Mobile App - Download the Amilia app for iPhone and/or Android devices to check your activity schedule and access your account on the go!


REGISTRATION DATES

  • Tuesday 11/19/24 at 12PM- Registration will open to all for our Winter Adventure Club, February Break Camp, and Winter Trek

  • Tuesday 1/14/25 at 7AM - Registration will open for Summer Programs to 2024 Alumni families

  • Friday 1/17/25 at 7AM - Registration will open for 2024 Waitlisted Families (those who remained on a waitlist for the entire 2024 program season)

  • Wednesday 1/22/25 at 7AM - Registration will open for all other families (new families, those not enrolled in 2024 programs, or who declined a space off the waitlist in 2024)

  • Either enroll directly through our Amilia SmartRec Store or log in to your existing Amilia account here.

  • New Feature! When enrolling for a program, your space will be held in your checkout cart while you are filling out enrollment information or adding additional items to your cart, so there is no rush to complete registration information. 

  • Waitlist: Placing your child on a waitlist does not require any form completion or payment information. You will receive an automated email as soon as a space becomes available for your child to enroll.
