OVERVIEW

Come learn to swing ice tools and climb frozen waterfalls with Rippleffect this winter! Ice climbing is an amazingly beautiful sport that can open up alpine objectives all over the world. New England is home to some of the finest ice climbing on planet Earth. Our combination of moisture, cold and hilly terrain makes for a world class ice climbing destination. Join Rippleffect for a day of ice climbing instruction and fun!!! No previous experience necessary, all equipment provided by Rippleffect.

$50 deposit is required to reserve your place. Register online or by phone (207) 791-7870. 

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Drop off and pick up will be at Rippleffect’s office: 159 State Street, Portland – We are located in the basement of the State Street Church (no affiliation with church).

We will pack out and then head to the crag – if ice conditions permit, we will climb somewhere local to Portland, if not, we will head to North Conway NH.
